New On-Line facilities

Telephone Booking Service.

When you ring the surgery on 01953 602220 during opening hours, you will be offered the option of booking an appointment yourself or being transferred to a receptionist. 

When the surgery is closed, you will be given the option to book your own appointment or be transferred to the emergency Out-of-Hours Service.  So you can now book an appointment with a doctor by telephone, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

All you need to use the service is a touch-tone telephone, your contact telephone number and your date of birth.  When you ring the surgery, select the option for the automated booking service and follow the simple instructions.

Please note: If this service tells you it has problems verifying you details, we may not have your correct telephone number stored on our system.  In this instance, please call the surgery on 01953 602118 and ask a receptionist to check your details.

On-Line Facilities.

You are now able to book and cancel selected Doctors  appointments on-line.  You can also view past and future appointments. Please note Nurse appointments are not available on-line at present.

You can also order your repeat medication on-line.

We will also be publishing questionnaires that you will be able to take part in using this service.

To use these services, you must contact a member of staff at the surgery and request that you be registered for the on-line service.  You will be provided with a username and password to give you access to the on-line facilities.  You will need to wait about an hour after registration before using the system to allow your details to be loaded.  Then simply click on the link on the left or enter https://systmonline.tpp-uk.com into your browser or save it in your favourites.
