Our surgery is accessible without the need to climb steps and to patients using a wheelchair, with access to a separate toilet facility.

Disabled parking is available directly outside the main doors to our practice, for patients displaying a disabled badge.

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

This practice is taking part in the provision of appointments as part of the Kett’s Oak Primary Care Network in South Norfolk. We will, therefore, be providing some pre-bookable appointments outside our normal opening hours, in addition to those detailed below. These will be scheduled on a rota basis, so please ask a receptionist for more information.

Wednesday evenings, 6.30pm to 8pm, and Saturday morning, 08:30 to 13:00, clinics are only for pre booked appointments and are held in the nurse wing, using the entrance at the far end of the building.

We are not able to see walk-in patients during these sessions. If you have an urgent or minor illness outside of core hours please visit the Walk-In Centre in Norwich on Rouen Road or call 111.
