Carers

At Wymondham Medical Partnership we are committed to identifying, helping and providing information for unpaid carers who help and support a family member or friend. If someone relies on you for help with daily living, you are considered to be a carer. Recognising that you have taken on this role will allow you to access services and support.

Please register as a carer either online or by speaking to a member of staff either in person or over the phone. You will be sent a carer’s pack with useful information as well as being recorded as a carer on your medical records.

There are many organisations in Norfolk and indeed locally, providing services designed to make life easier for carers. Please see our Wellbeing Centre for details of many local and national organisations and support groups.
