Patient Participation Group

The Patient Participation Group (PPG) is made up of a group of patients ranged between 17 to 77 years old.

Their aim is to inform and support the practice in providing the best service the residents of Wymondham and the surrounding villages. The whole group meets several times throughout the year. There are also separate focus groups meetings looking into things which are of individual interest, the results of which are reported back at the whole group meetings.

Please register with the PPG if you are interested in being a part of this group and we will be in touch shortly after.

The PPG aims to achieve the following objectives:

  • Enable patients to be better informed and consulted about services provided by the practice.
  • Advise and inform the practice on what matters most to patients, based on surveys and research.
  • Act as a ‘critical friend’ to the practice and help identify solutions where problems arise.
  • Identify improvements to enable the practice to become more efficient and effective at a time when NHS resources are stretched.

Help patients to be pro-active about improving their health.
